Project Story &
My Contribution

In this project, I collaborated with a real estate company specializing in hotel renovations to help the client refine their brand identity and elevate their visual presence in the market. The client's requirement was to manage their Instagram platform, including designing some Instagram posts and a video reel. These content pieces needed to reflect the brand's style of serving luxurious, tech-savvy boutique hotels to attract their target audience—investors seeking whole hotel property investments. By retaining the client's favored matte black and blue LED color scheme, I incorporated refined design elements to create an elegant and unique brand identity.

 
The company wanted me to design a simple vertical video to introduce their projects and services, aiming to attract more clients. I chose to highlight the company's main features: 1. Integrated hotel real estate services, 2. Prime locations in bustling areas of New York, 3. Transparency through data technology, to design the video script.
